Since 2011 Fina GS is the Certificate holder at an international level: ISO 9001:2008 certificate for quality management in the provision of cash operations, valuables distribution services and ATM services, body and technical protection services, cleaning services and maintenance of business premises and sales of banking equipment.

At the begginning of 2017 Fina GS was certified in accordance with new quality management system ISO 2009:2019. This certification proves that our quality management system is fully compliant with the regulations and that we have implemented all the necessary internal processes that meet the requirements of the standard. By introducing the standard, we have officially undertaken to respect the world's standards in order to better satisfy the needs of our clients. We will continue to keep up with the trends, improve our professional staff, acquire and apply state-of-the-art equipment and implement quality control services.

In accordance with the vision and business strategy of strengthening the status of the leader in providing complex security-logistic services Fina GS, in order to continue with improvement of business information, information systems and property protection on 3 December 2014, implemented and certified the information security management system according to ISO/IEC 27001:2013. By introducing this international standard, Fina GS is committed to ensuring the protection of business data in all aspects of business by providing confidentiality and preserving the availability and integrity of its own data and data of its clients and business partners.

In accordance with ISO 14001:2004, Fina GS raises awareness of environmental protection to a higher level by implementing an environmental protection system in 2015. In 2017. Fina GS was certified in accordance with the new version of ISO 14001:2015 standard. The implementation of ISO 14001:2015 standard is an indicator of the continual improvement of environmental concerns and of lesser negative impact, arising from day-to-day operations but also from extraordinary situations. By implementing an ISO 14001 environmental management system, the company has committed itself to the rational use of all types of energy sources, on which it shall keep the necessary records and carry-out monitoring measures, and the system itself will be constantly improved.

Safety management system and occupational safety management system according to the OHSAS 18001:2007 was implemented on 21 October 2015. In this way, concern for safety and safety at work is raised to a much higher level than the one prescribed, as a minimum, by the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia. The environmental protection system and the safety and safety at work management systems are recognized and accepted internationally, thus facilitating the access to foreign markets and presenting the company's long-term orientation.

Following the strategy of continuous improvement and business innovation on 26 October 2016, Fina GS received a certificate of compliance to the risk management system per the international ISO 31000:2009 standard, thus becoming the first company in Croatia to implement such a harmonized risk management system. With this confirmation, Fina GS secured additional value for its services and provided current and future clients as well as all business partners with additional guarantees that risks are managed, and security and customer requirements are at the first place.
